Choose from a selection of colour palettes to create something that feels meaningful for the family or reflects the personality of the person being remembered. If you are unsure, Designer’s Choice is always a lovely option and allows us to create a beautiful arrangement using the freshest flowers available.
You may choose between two arrangement styles:
Vase Arrangement Designed in a glass vase, this style has a more front-facing focal point while still being arranged to look beautiful from multiple angles. A vase arrangement is a lovely choice for a smaller memorial display, visitation, or for the family to take home following the service.
Container Arrangement Designed in a container with floral foam/chicken wire, this style is typically more one-sided and made to be viewed from the front. This is a classic option for a funeral home, memorial table, or beside a photograph or guest book.
Photos are examples of our design style. Exact flower varieties, container styles, and overall size may vary based on your selected option, colour palette, and seasonal availability.
Please include the name of the deceased, funeral home name, service or visitation details if known at checkout. We will make every effort to ensure your flowers arrive appropriately and on time.
FUNERAL HOME DELIVERY Funeral home deliveries may be available any day of the week, depending on notice and flower availability. Please order at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. For same-day or next-day funeral orders, please contact us directly via email (info@blackcreekflowerfarm.com) before ordering to confirm availability. We deliver to Funeral homes in Stratford & Mitchell at our regular delivery rate. (For deliveries to Seaforth, Tavistock, Atwood, etc. Please contact us via email prior to placing an order, to check our availabilty for delivery and the rate)
Our standard local delivery area includes Stratford, Sebringville, Mitchell, Dublin, and locations within approximately two country blocks of the Highway 8 corridor between Stratford and Mitchell.
Black Creek Flower Farm is a seasonal flower farm located just outside Stratford, Ontario, in beautiful Perth County. We create thoughtful, locally designed sympathy flowers to help you express care, comfort, and remembrance when words are not enough.
Delivery & Pick Ups:
LOCAL DELIVERY — FRIDAY AFTERNOONS ONLY Local flower delivery is available every Friday afternoon. Please include the recipient’s full name, delivery address, phone number, and any delivery instructions at checkout.
Our standard local delivery area includes Stratford, Sebringville, Mitchell, Dublin, and locations within approximately two country blocks of the Highway 8 corridor between Stratford and Mitchell.
Rural deliveries may be available within approximately 15 minutes of Sebringville, but may require an additional delivery fee depending on location. Please email us before ordering if you are outside our standard delivery area so we can confirm availability and pricing. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific Friday delivery time.
SELF-SERVE PICKUP — AVAILABLE 7 DAYS A WEEK Bouquet pickup is available seven days a week from Black Creek Flower Farm. Please Note your preferred pickup day at checkout.
During regular farm store hours, your order can be picked up inside the store (wed-fri 9a-5pm, sat 9a-4pm). Outside of store hours, orders will be placed inside our self-serve pickup door at the east end of the building, clearly marked “Deliveries & Self-Serve Pick Ups.”
