Each arrangement is created using the freshest flowers blooming in our fields that week, beautifully arranged in a reusable vase and ready to enjoy right away.
Our seasonal vase arrangements are a lovely choice for birthdays, anniversaries, sympathy, get-well wishes, thank-yous, hostess gifts, or simply sending a little beauty to someone’s home or workplace. Because the flowers are grown locally and harvested fresh from our farm, every arrangement has a natural garden-inspired look filled with colour, texture, foliage, and seasonal charm.
Choose Designer’s Choice for a beautiful seasonal arrangement using the best blooms and colour palette of the week, or select one of our available colour options when ordering. Choosing a colour is a lovely way to personalize the arrangement when you know the recipient has a favourite.
No two arrangements are exactly alike. Photos are examples of our farm-fresh design style; exact flower varieties, vase styles, and colours will vary based on what is currently blooming and at its peak.

LOCAL DELIVERY — FRIDAY AFTERNOONS ONLYLocal flower delivery is available every Friday afternoon. Please include the recipient’s full name, delivery address, phone number, and any delivery instructions at checkout.
Our standard local delivery area includes Stratford, Sebringville, Mitchell, Dublin, and locations within approximately two country blocks of the Highway 8 corridor between Stratford and Mitchell.
Rural deliveries may be available within approximately 15 minutes of Sebringville, but may require an additional delivery fee depending on location. Please email us before ordering if you are outside our standard delivery area so we can confirm availability and pricing. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific Friday delivery time.
SELF-SERVE PICKUP — AVAILABLE 7 DAYS A WEEKBouquet pickup is available seven days a week from Black Creek Flower Farm. Please Note your preferred pickup day at checkout.
During regular farm store hours, your order can be picked up inside the store (wed-fri 9a-5pm, sat 9a-4pm). Outside of store hours, orders will be placed inside our self-serve pickup door at the east end of the building, clearly marked “Deliveries & Self-Serve Pick Ups.”
