Available in 10″, 12″, 14″, and 16″ insert pots. Our most popular size is 12″. Inserts are designed to sit inside your own decorative outdoor planter. Please check your planter’s inside measurements before ordering.
Decorative outer planter is not included.

As the design level increases, so does the fullness and selection of premium materials. Every level is customized to your chosen colour palette and style.

Each planter is individually designed. Photos are examples of our work; exact greenery, ribbon, branches, and decorative elements will vary while reflecting your selections.
ADD BIRCH POLES
Add extra height and natural character:• 12″ insert: Add $15• 14″ or 16″ insert: Add $20• Not available for 10″ inserts.
Birch poles are an optional addition and are not automatically included with any design level.
ORDERING & AVAILABILITY
Orders must be placed at least 24 hours before your requested pickup or delivery date. Prices are before HST.
FRIDAY DELIVERY
Local deliveries typically take place Friday afternoons. Delivery is available in Stratford, Sebringville, Mitchell, and Dublin, and within two roads of Highway 8 along our delivery route. Delivery charges apply.
Please provide your requested delivery date, recipient’s name, delivery address, and telephone number at checkout.
For funeral home deliveries, include the funeral home name and the name of the person the service is for. For funeral services or delivery on another day, please email info@blackcreekflowerfarm.com before ordering to confirm availability.
THURSDAY–SUNDAY PICKUP
Pickup is available Thursday through Sunday at Black Creek Flower Farm, 4858 Line 34, just west of Sebringville on Highway 8. Please specify your requested pickup date when ordering.
Outside posted holiday store hours, self-serve pickup is available 8 a.m.–6 p.m. at the side door at the east end of the building, labelled for deliveries and self-serve pickups. Your order will be labelled with your name.
