Know someone who loves stopping by the farm for fresh flowers all summer long? Our 2026 Bouquet Punch Card is the perfect gift for regular bouquet lovers.
This punch card includes 5 x $15 bouquet credits to be used toward fresh, cash-and-carry bouquets during the 2026 farm season, from July through October.
Simply choose a bouquet from our farm store or self-serve flower stand, present the punch card at checkout, and we will punch the card once for each bouquet selected. Each punch is valid toward a $15 bouquet, or may be deducted from the total cost of a larger bouquet if preferred.
This is a lovely gift for birthdays, teachers, neighbours, flower lovers, or anyone who enjoys bringing home fresh farm-grown blooms throughout the season.

Black Creek Flower Farm is located in Perth County on Hwy 8 near Sebringville, just minutes from Stratford, Ontario. We offer seasonal flowers, planters, gifts, and local flower delivery designed to bring joy and beauty to everyday moments.
Delivery & Pick Ups:
LOCAL DELIVERY — FRIDAY AFTERNOONS ONLY Local flower delivery is available every Friday afternoon. Please include the recipient’s full name, delivery address, phone number, and any delivery instructions at checkout.
Our standard local delivery area includes Stratford, Sebringville, Mitchell, Dublin, and locations within approximately two country blocks of the Highway 8 corridor between Stratford and Mitchell.
Rural deliveries may be available within approximately 15 minutes of Sebringville, but may require an additional delivery fee depending on location. Please email us before ordering if you are outside our standard delivery area so we can confirm availability and pricing. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific Friday delivery time.
SELF-SERVE PICKUP — AVAILABLE 7 DAYS A WEEK Bouquet pickup is available seven days a week from Black Creek Flower Farm. Please Note your preferred pickup day at checkout.
During regular farm store hours, your order can be picked up inside the store (wed-fri 9a-5pm, sat 9a-4pm). Outside of store hours, orders will be placed inside our self-serve pickup door at the east end of the building, clearly marked “Deliveries & Self-Serve Pick Ups.”
